歡迎使用 LIVEN 鞋履手袋護理服務。在您將物品交付予我們進行服務前，請務必仔細閱讀以下條款與條件（下稱「本合約」）。本合約構成閣下（顧客或其授權代表）與 LIVEN 之間的法定協議。

Welcome to LIVEN Shoe and Handbag Care Services. Before handing over your items to us, please read the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the customer or authorized representative) and LIVEN.

1. 服務協議與專屬權利 / Service Agreement and Exclusive Rights

本合約所載之所有明示擔保、條件及服務內容均為專屬權利，並取代所有其他不論是口頭、書面、法定、明示或默示之保固、條件、條款、承諾、義務及聲明。 All express warranties, conditions, and service terms contained in this Agreement are exclusive rights and supersede all other warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings, obligations, and representations, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied.

2. 默示擔保之排除 / Exclusion of Implied Warranties

LIVEN 特此聲明不承擔並排除所有因本合約所產生或與之相關的所有法定和默示之保固、條件、條款、承諾、義務及聲明，包括任何對品質滿意度、謹慎度、技術或符合特定用途之默示擔保或條件。 LIVEN hereby disclaims and excludes all statutory and implied warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings, obligations, and representations arising out of or related to this Agreement, including any implied warranty or condition of satisfactory quality, reasonable care and skill, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. 服務風險與法律責任豁免 / Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

閣下知悉並理解，任何高級鞋履與手袋在進行清潔、護理、鍍膜或修復過程中，均存在不可預測的潛在風險（包括但不限於因材質老化、先前不當處理或隱蔽瑕疵導致的染色、變色、變形或材質劣化）。 當閣下確認訂單、簽署交收單據或將產品交付予 LIVEN，即表示閣下或閣下之授權代表同意豁免 LIVEN 於服務中因任何原因（包括意外損壞）所引致的任何個人損失、財物損毀及經濟損失之任何法律責任，並同意放棄任何有關之索償權利、訴訟或追究行動。 You acknowledge and understand that any cleaning, care, coating, or restoration process on luxury shoes and handbags carries inherent and unpredictable risks (including but not limited to discoloration, deformation, color bleeding, or material degradation due to material aging, prior improper handling, or concealed defects). By confirming the order, signing the collection receipt, or handing over the products to LIVEN, the customer or the customer's authorized representative agrees to waive LIVEN of any legal liability for any personal loss, property damage, and economic loss arising from the services, for any reason whatsoever (including accidental damage), and waives any rights to claim, litigate, or pursue any legal action in relation thereto.

4. 物品初始狀態確認 / Acknowledgement of Initial Condition

當閣下交付物品時，即表示閣下或閣下之授權代表同意本合約或交收紀錄上所記載之任何刮痕、剝落、損耗、污跡、褪色、老化或損毀，均為使用 LIVEN 服務前已存在的狀態，而非由 LIVEN 的服務即時衍生。 By handing over the items, the customer or the customer's authorized representative agrees that any scratches, peeling, wear, stains, discoloration, aging, or damage recorded herein or on the intake receipt were pre-existing conditions prior to the use of LIVEN's services, and were not caused by LIVEN's services.

5. 最終決定權 / Right of Final Decision

如對物品之初始狀態、服務成效、損壞成因或本合約之條款詮釋有任何爭議，LIVEN 將保留最終決定權。 In the event of any dispute regarding the initial condition of the items, the results of the service, the cause of any damage, or the interpretation of this Agreement, LIVEN reserves the right of final decision.
